Jesse holds multiple degrees from the University of Georgia—a Bachelor’s degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism, a certificate in Global Issues as well as a Masters in Sport Management & Policy. Beyond school and professional life, Jesse enjoys spending time with her awesome little fam, closely following her favorite sports team (Go Dawgs, Pats, Falcons, Braves, ATL United!), learning languages, and traveling as much as she possibly can! MARISSA BUKOWSKI
Marketing Leader
Marissa Bukowski has been fascinated with the evolution of Marketing and Branding since a young age. Her passion for Marketing has contributed to her strong leadership skill set. At the youthful age of twenty-five, Marissa, was leading a Marketing territory across the midwest. In the last 5 years she has made a lasting impression with all of her clients and peers. She has held multiple roles within Agency 720 due to her dynamic skill set. Marissa has held positions from Director of Social Media to her current role as Account Director. Her "cutting edge" mindset and strategic business acumen has paved the way for her to be one of the most influential women in the future of Marketing and Branding Industry. Marissa is an alumni of The University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She is currently enrolled in grad school at Keller University obtaining her master’s degree in Marketing Management and is scheduled to graduate in 2020. Marissa serves a board member of the Shakopee Toastmasters club in her community. She enjoys gardening, golden retrievers, going for walks, and cooking. She is an avid pickle connoisseur and cans her famous pickle recipe annually. Marissa feels passionate about Soulshine Leadership's mission. She has been a cheerleader and played a big role in the development of the platform. SL is happy to call her one of their own!

NATALIE CASSELL

Natalie Cassell is an enthusiast of life with a passion for creating self-awareness. She currently works as a Sourcing Coordinator for Douglas Machine in Alexandria, MN. Since 2017 she has been traveling to China for production and buyer purposes. Natalie is an alumni of The University of North Dakota with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications. This year she was one of the eight selected to participate in Douglas Machine Leadership Academy. What a big accomplishment!
Natalie has a zest for embracing life and implementing an emotional balance in everything she does. Her background stems across many forums and networks such as Alexandria Young Professional's, Institute for Supply Management, and Global Leadership Summit. She is very passionate when it comes to her hobby as a writer and will be a great addition to the Soulshine team. As an active volunteer in her community, she participates in programs like Lunch Buddy and etc. Natalie loves to sing, read, spend time with her family, lives an active lifestyle, and serves as an activist for whales. Natalie has an insatiable drive and leads by example in all her endeavors. Soulshine Leadership is proud to call her one of their own.
